Based in Nottinghamshire, I can usually be found either tapping away at my laptop, dashing out on the school run or stomping over the fields trying to exhaust a crazy dog and two equally as energetic boys.
Words are my thing. I’ve always loved language and my PR background means I’ve crafted perfect prose for companies in a wide range of sectors from logistics to retail, manufacturing to home interiors.
I’m passionate about supporting independent businesses and food and drink producers and I can often be found working in the corner of a café, combining my love of writing with my love of food!

I LOVE feeding people so if I’m not working or dragging the kids on yet another farm visit, I’ll be in the kitchen with a very large glass of wine and Sam Cooke or Elvis Presley playing on repeat.
I’ve always loved writing, which is lucky because I’m scarily bad at maths. I started my career in a Lifestyle PR agency in the heart of Covent Garden, a world away from my now rural home in Shropshire.
Along the way I’ve worked across a broad range of industry sectors, but my passion remains in home interest, health & wellness, beauty and lifestyle. I have a dog-with-a-bone mentality when it comes to research and love finding new angles to create engaging content.
